The name of this MASH hot sauce says it all. We started the fermentation process over a year ago; using a combination of all of our home grown peppers. Habaneros, Scotch Bonnet, Ghost, Naga, Scorpion, Fatalii and Reapers. We added Leaks, Carrots, Onions, tomatoes and a pile of Saffron to round out the flavor of this beast. 
 
Each bottle contains 12 ounces of sauce but weighs 1.2 lbs.
