We've marinated our home grown peppers in Olive Oil and garlic and open flame roasted them to perfection. After our peppers are dried and ground we generously mix them with course Sea Salt. Use this enhanced Sea Salt blend to enhance any meal - a quick pinch on everything from steaks to seafood, on salads and vegetables and potatoes, or on a fried egg will do wonders for your meal. There is approximately 10 peppers in each bottle. Available in Ghost, Habanero, Scotch Bonnet, Scorpion and Carolina Reaper. Each bottle is 3.5 ounces
