We soak Butcher supplied Pork Skin in our own pepper brine for 14 days. The rinds are than fried up in sunflower oil until they pop with the signature pork rind puff! We cover every batch with our own seasoning that includes four of the hottest peppers on earth. These pork rinds are NOT to be taken lightly!
