Whether watching football or craving a bar-food snack, Buffalo wings are a must-have. This recipe for the iconic chicken wing is adapted from the reputed original created by the Bellissimo family in 1964 at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York.
 
Coming up with a Buffalo Wing Sauce in a dry seasoning took longer than any of our recipes. After giving up on countless attempts, we finally hit pay dirt! But what do you do with a Buffalo Wing sauce "seasoning"? After trying out many ideas, suggestions and endless possibilities, we ended up with Cheese Balls. Our main priority was that our finished product was Buffalo Wing Sauce/Blue cheese forward, followed by the heat; something we try to bring with all our signature products.
