Buffalo wings are a game-day essential, whether you're glued to the football screen or just in the mood for some tasty bar snacks. This recipe is inspired by the legendary original from the Bellissimo family, who first whipped it up back in 1964 at the Anchor Bar in Buffalo, New York.
 
Creating a Buffalo Wing Sauce in a dry seasoning form took us longer than any other recipe we’ve tackled. After a ton of failed attempts, we finally struck gold! But what do you do with a Buffalo Wing sauce "seasoning"? After experimenting with various ideas and suggestions, we landed on Cheese Balls. Our goal was to make sure the final product really highlighted that Buffalo Wing Sauce and Blue cheese flavor, with a nice kick of heat—something we aim for in all our signature creations.
